Sustainable Harvest is headquartered in the Natural Capital Center in Portland, Oregon, USA. The company has supply-side divisions in Mexico, Peru, and Tanzania with on-the-ground staff to support and train coffee producers.

Sustainable Harvest has the diversity of a true global company. Two-thirds of the staff work outside of the United States. The company has 24 employees from 10 different nationalities. More than 80% of the staff are fluent in two or more languages. Nine staff members are Q Grader cuppers, certified by the Coffee Quality Institute.
